We charge minimum 4 labour hours irrespective of whatsoever and above rates are per labour hour
Office regular cleaning minimum amount is $85 plus GST, we can’t do physical inspection without your agreement on minimum price
Emergency bookings $790 plus GST
Emergency weekend/ public holiday bookings $890 plus GST
Please note all minimum rates apply irrespective of size of the job
We invoice you monthly for regular commercial services. However; all other amounts due on arrival or at the time of booking.
