1. What JS Cleaning will do for us?

2. Are you really open 24 hours/ 7 days?

Yes, you have heard correctly; we are open all day – all times for our present clients or clients to be.

3. What services are included?

Most of all cleaning services we offer, no matter how small or big, how simple or complicated it is. We are always here to help you. Check our services on our website service page with detailed information.

4. Do you conduct a background check on employees or subcontractors?

Yes, It is always a part of our recruitment procedure to analyze the applications on the basis of their experience, reference check, and national police check certificate.

5. Are you insured?

Yes, as professional companies have public liability insurance to cover any damaged, missing or broken things by cleaners working there.

6. Will I get my booking fees refunded?

Absolutely yes, if you continue your booked cleaning appointment with us in the committed conditions.

7. Do you bring equipment and cleaning supplies?

We are very flexible here, we would like to ask you “what you want?”. Some people don’t have room to put stuff or if they don’t have we will supply it. However, some people insist to use their equipment.

8. How often should I call cleaners to repeat the service?

We will provide regular service based on just about any schedule, including weekly, fortnightly, every four weeks (monthly), and sometimes every three or six weeks. The most common cleaning schedule is service every two weeks but we welcome you to tell your required frequency.

9. Should I clean before the cleaning lady comes?

The old trope of “cleaning up for the cleaning lady” isn’t entirely silly: While you should leave the real cleaning for the person you’ve hired to clean, you should also tidy up—and maybe even do a few spot-checks. If it’s your cleaner’s first time in your home, you should also have some instructions prepared. After all, remember “the size and condition of your home will strongly impact the price of their services”.

10. How long will you be cleaning at my house?

A deep clean is going to take a lot longer than a maintenance clean. Once a house has been thoroughly cleaned the maintenance clean should take about three hours. let us know if you need quicker somedays we can send an extra cleaner to finish on time.

11. What is the best day of the week to have my house cleaned?

Generally Mondays, for starting the week with blank slat; on opposite to this for some it is Friday to present cleaner home to guests coming on weekends. But, We are available 7 days so just call us at any time.

12. Can you clean a really dirty house?

We won’t judge you on the basis of your house condition, we have seen lots of houses with lots of varied conditions with one thing in common, and that is “ We will make everything beautiful.”

13. What should I do when the cleaner is cleaning around?

Our team is really friendly, let them know if any areas you want last or first; where would you like to be or if you want to go out for some work. They will more than happy to serve you as per your wish. 

14. Do you have a review/ feedback policies?

We are proudly supporting consumer rights to get phones or emails regarding their feedback, even we are encouraging our customers to participate in feedback/ reviews and send us a screenshot to enter in a monthly prize-winning giveaway.

15. Is cleaning worth paying to professionals?
